Certificated Test-Room of VARIEL carries out full-scale mechanical tests of containers of ISO line 1 according to the Standard ČSN ISO 1496-1. Undergoing of these tests, in the presence of classification supervision, is essential part for obtaining CSC label, which is crucial for international transport of ISO containers (road, railroad, marine and air.) Scale of tests:
- observation of basic measurements;
- stocking;
- lifting on four upper corner units;
- lifting on four down corner units;
- lifting on fork lift slots;
- stronghold of floor;
- stronghold of frontal walls;
- stronghold of lateral sides;
- stronghold of roof;
- outer robustness (longitudinal);
- cross stiffness;
- lateral stiffness;
- load of binding means for goods fixation;
- resistance to climatic influences.
Dimensions of tested containers:
- length: max. 6 058 mm;
- width: 2 438 mm;
- hight: max. 2 591 mm.
