Fibreglass composite products
Variel’s expertise in manufacturing fibreglass products is supported by over 45 years of experience. Fibreglass parts are mainly used as semi-finished products for manufacturing the company’s own products, but Variel is also able to process a number of customized orders for deliveries of special fibreglass parts. The company also manufactures minor laminated products as part of its non-core business; these products include children’s slides and wading pools, mailboxes, various types of closets etc.
The following technologies are used in manufacturing made of fibreglass or composite materials:
- Hand lay-up.
- Vacuum injection.
- Winding.
Sandwich constructions can also be manufactured. Variel covers the entire order, including the production of models and forms, and processes the best quality materials while being maximally aware of the working and natural environment in the course of the entire process. An internal control system is strictly applied during manufacturing.
