BASIC DESCRIPTION
The container serves for collecting waste water from the ISO 1C containers – shelter, shelter for patients, kitchen and food service, drinking water storage tank etc. and for draining off waste water to septic trucks.
The containers are manufactured in accordance with “Company Qualification to Manufacture ISO series 1 Freight Containers” issued by ČLPR Praha (Germanischer Lloyd). The containers feature CSC certification labels and can be transported on vehicles equipped for transporting ISO 1C containers.
The container is operable in macroclimatic areas with the following conditions:
- Temperatures peaking at -30°C to +50°C,
- Relative humidity up to 90% at +30°C,
- Wind speeds up to 20 m.s-1 in any direction,
- Atmospheric precipitation in the form of rainfall at an intensity of 3 mm per minute, falling at an angle of under 30°, in any direction.
The container base is comprised of a welded frame of squared reinforced steel cross-sections in combination with closed thin-wall steel sections and four bottom and top corners in compliance with ISO 1161. In terms of construction, the container is conceived as a welded steel case with a built-in plastic tank.
The container walls are welded water-tight into place with squared trapezoidal 2-2.5 mm thick steel sheeting with various sectioning on the side and front walls of the container.
The inner perimeter of the container is made up of 45 mm thick thermal insulation panels comprised of a layer of polyurethane foam sandwiched between sheets of metal. The 6 mm sheets are shiny, galvanised metal and feature a surface finish. The floor is made up of a 60 mm thick sandwich construction (45 mm insulation panel + 15 mm water-resistant plywood).
Plastic tank – The container is equipped with a polyethylene tank with a volume of 8.5 m³. This tank is firmly connected to the container. There are wavebreakers inside the tank. In the upper section of the container, there are seven closable bayonet inlets that connect the tank with the other containers, and a valve for circulating air in the tank during pumping. The top lid and the lid in the bottom purification section serve for access to clean the tank. The tank contents are pumped out through a rear outlet that fits to the end of a septic truck. The tank is also equipped with a meter for checking how full the tank is; this is located next to the drain opening.
Compartment – The container has one lockable compartment for tools and accessories. The container is located in the front section of the container.
