Mobile containers
Mobile containers are simple and practical housing units that efficiently resolve temporary needs for accommodations, offices, changing rooms, dining rooms, hygienic needs etc. In comparison with usual construction trailers or units, mobile containers are modern and cost effective in terms of savings on relocation costs. Mobile containers are simply connected to a passenger car or truck and can be cheaply transported to its destination.
Besides mobile containers designated for the construction industry, office or sanitary needs, Variel also offers mobile housing and dining containers, sales stands and even mobile containers designated for engineering facilities (such as a water treatment facility) and special mobile containers that can be used by rescue squads, fire fighters or the police. All types can of course be modified and adapted in accordance with the client’s wishes.

STANDARD VERSION OF MOBILE CONTAINERS
Mobile containers are built on a shiny galvanised chassis. They are very light, yet at the same time are exceptional for their robustness. The doors, walls, roof and floor are manufactured from polyurethane sandwiched between fibreglass panels (as an alternative, polyurethane sandwiched between galvanised painted metal panels can be used instead).
The mobile container is equipped with a 50mm trailer hitch ball.
Due to its construction and the materials used, it is practically maintenance-free and the service life is 10-15 years (based on the conditions in which it is used).
MOBILE POLICE CONTAINER
A special mobile container design that addresses the need for deploying mobile offices in the field was designed to meet the requirements of the Czech Police. In order to be more resistant to damage, the shell is comprised of polyurethane sandwiched between painted galvanised metal panels. This design also makes it possible to tack notes onto the wall inside using a magnet, write in marker directly on the wall etc.
The container is equipped with a chemical toilet and sink (independent room with entrance from outside), a window with shutters, a kitchenette, desk, independent lockable closet, a long table with two benches, a space heater, five 220 V sockets, the same number of computer network connections and five bulb lights.
The container is powered by a central electricity unit located inside the container. Before putting the container into operation, it is moved out using rails and it can be made immediately operational in that position or, if necessary, up to 25 metres away from the container (limited by the length of the connection cable). Using the included cable, the container can also be powered from classic 380 V outlets.
In addition, the container is equipped with a special pneumatic rod. When retracted, it is no higher than the height of the container. If necessary, though, it can be raised up to 5 metres above the container roof. This means that the total height reaches approx 7 metres. Four halogen lights are located at the top of the rod; using a remote control device, these can be turned in any direction. Antennas, additional lighting etc. can also be placed on the rod. Additional equipment can be added to the container as desired.
