PHONE BOOTHS
The overall design of Variel phone booths focuses on extending their lifetime as much as possible in inclement weather as well as on their resistance to vandalism. And all this while keeping the phone booth handicap accessible.
Phone booths are made of 1.5-3mm thick welded galvanised steel sections. The walls feature 6mm thick tempered safety glass windows which are highly resistant to impact. Lighting that is secured against destruction and theft contributes to safe operation even at night.
The fibreglass roof and high-quality surface treatment guaranteed the long lifetime of the phone booth while keeping maintenance needs at a minimum.
OTHER TYPES OF PHONE BOOTHS
In place of classic phone booths, a wall-mounted plastic telephone box can be used inside buildings, in underground walkways, covered passageways or other areas that are partially or entirely protected against the elements. Another alternative is a stainless telephone pillar that can be placed either outdoors or indoors.
