Variel antenna towers
LATTICE ANTENNA TOWERS
These up to 50 metre high towers are composed of welded lattice modules that are screwed or welded together.
The tower delivery includes a ladder with an SOELL safety system, a lattice for attaching antenna connection cables, antenna holders, and grating for the concrete foundation for the tower. The surface finish is galvanised, metallised (Al, Zn) or painted.
The towers come standard without handling platforms. These rest (assembly) places can be attached to the tower at the client’s request.
TUBULAR ANTENNA TOWERS
The 20 meter high tubular towers are comprised of individual tubes screwed together through flanged connections. A ladder with a SOELL safety system is attached to the tower. An assembly cover is provided for each tower part.
The delivery also includes a foundation grating with a flange that is the reinforcement for the tower’s concrete foundation, antenna holders and, if necessary, also assembly ramps. The surface finish is galvanised, metallised (Al, Zn) or painted.
ARTIFICIAL TREE ANTENNA TOWER
The tower is comprised of a sixteen-sided polygonal galvanised steel tower. The body of the tower is covered with artificial bark made of resin and reinforced with glass fibres. The branches of the artificial pine tree are made of fibreglass. As a result, the tower looks like a genuine pine tree.
The use of glass fibres and special resins ensure perfect radio-electric permeability at the top of the tower for frequencies used in mobile telephone networks.
TUBULAR MASTS ANCHORED TO VARIEL CONTAINERS
This tubular mast is welded from two to three graduated tubes. Standard equipment include foot holds, safety hooks and lightning breaker.
The mast can be mounted to an anchoring base prepared by the client or directly to a Variel container adapted for this purpose (placed according to the client’s wishes). The accessories are made up of lower and upper consoles that are screwed onto reinforced points on the container. The surfaces of the mast and accessories are galvanised.
A tubular mast of this type can also be manufactured as a mobile mast – using a simple mechanism, the mast attached to the container is folded into the transport position and is erected the same way when it arrives at the destination.
An alternative to a tubular mast anchored to a container is a 6 meter three-sided lattice tower that can also be attached directly to the container.
